Tangible Tactics is a one-person practice. When you hire it, you get me.

I’ve spent more than 20 years in sales and marketing, including seven as President and CEO of a national protective apparel manufacturer and distributor. I’ve owned the P&L, sat through the vendor demos, and watched good software die a week after rollout because nobody on the team wanted to use it.
In 2024 my family moved back to Iowa after eleven years in Texas, and I spent the next stretch advising owners and CEOs of manufacturing and distribution companies. The same problems kept coming up: reports that took days to build, bids nobody had time to chase, price moves nobody saw coming.
So I started building fixes: small tools, built on top of the systems people already had. That’s what Tangible Tactics does now. You can see examples on the Work page.
Owner-operators and leadership teams at $10M to $150M manufacturers, distributors and B2B firms. Iowa first, with clients across the Midwest.
