Most clients start with a Diagnostic or go straight to a Pilot. You’ll know the price before we start, and you own the custom work.
For owners who know AI matters but not where it pays off.
Two to three weeks with your team and your numbers. You get three to five ranked use cases, the business case for each, and a 90-day plan.
2 to 3 weeks · priced to scope
For teams with one workflow that's costing time or money.
You pick the task. I build the tool, test it with the people who'll use it, and hand it over with training and a written runbook your team can follow.
About 30 days · priced to scope
For teams that want ongoing help without an AI hire.
A set number of hours each month to decide what to build next, what to drop, and which AI vendors are worth your time.

Every project is different, so there's no rate card. Price depends on the scope, the systems involved and how much of the work your team takes on, and we can shape the scope to fit your budget. You get a one-page proposal with a fixed fee before you commit, and nothing starts until it's agreed in writing.
You own the custom work described in the agreement. I document how it runs and what software accounts it needs. Any third-party subscription costs are listed in the proposal.
We agree in writing on the task and how we'll measure the result before I build anything. Weekly check-ins mean problems show up early. What happens if the pilot misses that measure is spelled out in the proposal.
No. Most clients have no internal AI person. I handle the build and the tool choices, and train the people who will run it.
Before anything is connected, we agree on which tools touch your data and what their terms allow. I'm happy to sign an NDA.
Yes. I'm based in West Des Moines and work on-site across Iowa. Clients elsewhere in the Midwest get a mix of on-site and remote.
Usually within two weeks of a signed proposal.
